A contractor’s report will also be updated and supplied to you on a regular basis throughout the duration of the contract. ON SITE PRESENCE
Making sure our clients are included means there should be no surprises along the way. Project management is key to every building project we undertake, from inception through to completion and beyond. The project manager will be present on-site; to fully manage all teams involved and make sure all parties are updated throughout the duration of a project.
The project manager’s role is to take the lead on the project ensuring everything is delivered on time, in budget and to the highest quality standards. And, if you have any concerns at all, we’ll be there for you quickly to discuss and eliminate any issues if they arise.
CONTRACTORS REPORTS
Comprehensive reports offer insightful data on your project’s progress, status and performance, all of which are necessary for our project manager to ensure that your project is moving forward as planned.
Our reports are of crucial importance to our construction management, given that such projects tend to be large and complex. The more information the report has about your project, the less likely it will be that issues arise during the execution phase. We will share updated reports with you regularly throughout the duration of the contract.
