DENTAL LOUNGE

The Chelsea Dental Lounge was tendered to us by Sam Gee at DB dental, we carried out the project starting in February 2024 and it took 7 weeks to complete.

The building is listed so needed to be worked on sympathetically. When we took over the building we had to empty and strip out all the previous fixtures and fittings, including the cat6 and most of the electrics which had been installed to suit the previous occupant for an office.

We then fitted out the building with all new plumbing and sanitaryware, heating system, new electrics including new cat6, supplies for the 3 new dental surgeries, staff areas and patient waiting areas. Each surgery has its own x-ray machine, the dentist chairs are state of the art and required their own cat6, water, air, and suction systems. Once the mechanical and electrical items were ready we closed up each room with new ceilings, plastered walls, and medical grade flooring to comply with the CQC requirements.

The project was finished with the clients personal touches, brushed brass door furniture and switches, interior designed paint colours and final fittings. All together we delivered a beautiful bespoke dental surgery which now caters to the dentist and their patient needs as required.
