Woodcroft House

This project was a full renovation and loft conversion for a family in Beaconsfield.

The roof was removed completely and rebuilt using a steel structure to create 1 large open area for the second floor which could then be designed with no restrictions by structural walls or pillars.

The 2^nd floor loft was fitted out with 2 bedrooms and a joint shower and bathroom between, the flooring was laid with acoustic deck floor boards to ensure there was no foot traffic noise heard from the rooms below, there are 6 further bedrooms all with their own ensuites, a dedicated water supply with own pumping station to ensure no pressure drops to showers if they were all in use,  along with full rewire and plumbing. The master suite with separate his and hers ensuites and dressing rooms takes half of the 1st floor!

We completely rewired this house with the incoming electricity mains changed to 3 phase to ensure there was enough power.

An interior designer specified the colours which made this into a true show house for entertaining. The entire project was completed in house and delivered on time and in budget, we still have a great relationship with the client and have since been back to build 2 garden rooms for them.
